Spring Things

April 16, 2026

I'm fresh back from Spring Break with the kids, which included a big belated birthday trip for Bea to NYC, followed by a stay-cation with Stella. It was so great to have one-on-one time with each kid and really lean into each of their interests and energy. And it was my first chance to introduce Bea to New York and show off its architecture, art, theatre, pizza, bagels, etc etc etc. It was a whirlwind trip but so much fun. As for Stella's solo time, we did crafts, played games, built forts, went miniature golfing, visited Cal Academy of Sciences, and soaked up some quality time with Grammy & Grampa. What travel and/or Spring Break fun did you get up to?

From last month's heatwave, to last week's late season mega-storm, Spring is definitely keeping us on our toes weather-wise. Did the recent rains expose any issues in your home? Let me know if you're in need of recommendations for roofers, water mitigation companies, landscapers, etc. And If you've not grabbed your copy of my Spring Home Maintenance guide, just reach out and I can send you a digital version or a postcard to put on your fridge.

And because when it rains it pours, amidst all of the Spring Break fun and the big storm, I also launched my latest listing - a beautiful Cleveland Heights condo with a dreamy private patio. You can check it out here, and come to the Open House on Sunday!

And as always, if you or someone you know is thinking of buying or selling their home, please reach out - I'd love to help!

- Suzy
