Juggling all the things in June

We've survived the mayhem of Maycember, but with so many different occasions to celebrate, and new routines to sort out, June sure doesn't let up much, does it? Here's a peek at what's happening in my world:

Happy Summer! I hope the season is off to a great start for you & yours. We kicked off Summer Break with our recently-reinstated annual trip to MacArthur Burney Falls, and even managed to get my sister to join in the fun for a few days this time. Despite the record number of mosquito bites I sustained, it was a great week filled with games, swimming, hiking, s’mores, and impossibly starry skies. 

Happy Pride! Since June is Pride Month, and Sunday is Father’s Day, I can’t pass up this opportunity to share my pride in the unique “modern family” that I’ve created with my kids’ dads, Chris & Ben. These two are awesome parents and co-parents, are always going the extra mile for the kids and me, and our family would absolutely not be complete without them. Wishing a very happy Father’s Day to all the dads - enjoy your day!

Joyous Juneteenth! For Black Americans, Friday is a day for celebration. For the rest of us, it’s an opportunity for reflection, for centering Black people, and for action. If you’re not sure how best to mark the day, this list from 2020 is every bit as relevant today and is a good place to start.

Business glow-ups! Thanks to a platform change and a LOT of late nights, my website got a serious glow-up and I’m so excited to share the new look, feel, and content with you! So, have a look around and let me know what you think! Highlights:

• About page now includes a section all about what drives me to do this work, and the values that guide my life and my business.

• Buyers & Sellers pages now outline my process step-by-step and tell you a bit about the strengths I bring to our partnership, and feature property search and home valuation tools.

• My clients' success is centered, with Kind Words and Recent Wins each getting their own pages that link to each other. Look for case studies coming soon!

• My Blog page is more engaging - I'll be adding previous blog posts over the coming weeks so you can always find and return to them, and I'll be adding content more frequently going forward.

• And every page invites you to Book a Call directly, reach out via email, and/or subscribe to my monthly eNewsletter, and several invite you to follow me on Instagram so you can connect with me in whichever ways feel right for you right now.

This summer I’m working on increasing my word-of-mouth business, so if you know anyone thinking about buying or selling their home, or even just starting to think about it, I would love an introduction. Even just a quick text connecting us is huge for my business.
