We'll start by getting a clear understanding of your goals, which will inform several key strategic decisions for the sale of your home. I'll then share analysis and insights to help you make choices around the timing of your sale, our go-to-market strategy, and what improvements we'll make to best present your property and achieve your goals.

With our strategy defined, I'll refer service providers, gather bids, and  work through logistics & scheduling to put together a clear plan and timeline for the preparation, marketing, and sale of your home. We'll also make a plan for how you'll handle the prep costs, either paying as you go, or leveraging Red Oak's popular offerings for paying at close of escrow.

With the big decisions made, it’s now time to prepare your property for sale. I'll put on my designer hat to collaborate with contractors, landscapers, and stagers to bring out the best in your property, and my project manager hat to keep tabs on the work and keep you informed all along the way.

With your property ready for its close-up, it’s time to make sure it's seen by as many qualified buyers as possible. I’ll walk you through the art & science of pricing strategy to determine the best list price to entice buyers, and bring in top-quality photographers to capture your property in the best light and make a great first impression.

When I launch your listing, I'll employ a dual-pronged digital & traditional marketing approach to maximize exposure to potential buyers and encourage compelling offers. Lastly, I'll stay connected to circling buyers' agents throughout the marketing period to answer questions and reduce roadblocks.

Negotiate the Sale

On offer day, I'll negotiate on your behalf, vet the offers, and help you evaluate the merits and select the strongest offer to achieve your goals.

Then, I'll advocate for your interests throughout the escrow process, track when sale proceeds will hit your account, and stay in touch long past the sale with ongoing advice, resources, and support.
