Ringing in the New Year

As my New Year's card suggests, I’ve not exactly been looking forward to 2025. But even as I braced for a rough year, I never imagined it would kick off with horrific fires in our sister city of Los Angeles. To all who have been personally affected or who have friends and family who have, my heart goes out to you. Despite my trepidation about what 2025 will bring, the energy and excitement of the start of a new year is undeniable, and I’m riding this wave of good vibes as far as it will go. My health is good, my kids are wonderful, and my dog helps me strike just the right balance of getting out in the fresh air and cuddling on the couch, so I’m focusing on the good in my life, fighting the good fight on all the fronts where it’s needed, and taking time to recharge when I can. How is your year going so far?

 

I’m excited to be kicking off my first new initiative for the year: Homeowner Consultations. These 20-minute Zoom sessions are a quick, easy way to connect with me about what’s happening in your neighborhood market, talk through any improvements or updates you’re planning for your home, get referrals for any service providers you may need, get tips on home maintenance, and more. I’ll never try to talk you out of an update (it’s your home, and you should make it work for you!), but I will make sure you understand which improvements will result in a higher home value, vs those that won’t move the needle. This is a great way to ensure you’re making informed decisions about caring for and improving your home. If you bought your home with me, I’ll be reaching out on your home-iversary to schedule your annual session, but this service is also available to anyone who owns their home.
